What a wonderful surprise! I just received my Ferris zero turn mower back from Hamilton Equipment. Every year they come and pick up my mower to service it. This year I had them service the hydraulics as well. At first I thought they had delivered a new mower. It looked like they washed and polished it. Nice job! I just received my Ferris Zero turn from Hamilton for its annual maintenance service. I've had the mower for 8 years and asked them to install a new battery and seat belt. It kept sticking. They called and said they were able to repair the seat belt at a fraction of the cost of a new one. They also noticed a worn and frayed drive belt. When they returned my mower, it again looked like they washed and waxed it! They also told me that repairing my leaf blower would cost the same as a new one with a 5 year warranty. I'm in the service business and I know how rare an honest service company is, so bravo Hamilton!!

Consistently good experiences with Hamilton Equipment Services. Located in Warrenton, these guys are in the sweet spot to be close enough to metropolitan areas to provide good customer service and accessibility, but far enough out that they still offer good prices and quality work.
Can recommend for mechanical work on simplicity mower/deck. I know they offer more and with other brands, too, including chainsaws, etc. I will try to update this review if I use any of those services.

The salesperson was knowledgeable of my product. I was told up front I was looking at 2-3 weeks and no work would be done by then. They contacted me and had my riding mower back in service.
